The Thermal conductive oil heating continuous fryer uses heat transfer oil as a medium to heat the oil indirectly, which can effectively prolong the oil life and maintain the product quality. In the range of 200,000 ~ 2,000,000 kcal/hour, the heat energy can be customized according to production needs.
The heat transfer oil heating fryer is mainly composed of a heat transfer oil boiler, a heat exchanger and a fryer machine. It is heated at high temperature and low pressure. The heat transfer oil is sent to the heating device through the circulation pump, and next the heat is supplied to the boiler to let the oil be heated. The fryer itself has a coarse filtering system, which can filter out the residue from the frying oil during the frying process. Suitable for frying various products, such as: meat, seafood, coated floured products, nuts, potato chips, shrimp crackers...etc.
The combustion chamber of the heat transfer oil heating fryer has both vertical and horizontal designs, and diesel, natural gas, or gas can be used as heating fuel according to customer requirements to reduce fuel cost. The velocity and flow of heat transfer oil are precisely so that it can increase heat efficiency, and resulting in low temperature exhaust gas to maintain a good working environment.
The heat transfer oil heating fryer is equipped with a PID (Packet Identifier) control system to precisely control the heat transfer oil heating system so that the frying temperature and frying time can be adjusted according to the product. The continuous fryer is designed with a CIP (Cleaning In Place) automatic cleaning system, and the circulating pump of the fryer is used to make the cleaning water circulation. Besides, the fryer upper cover can be lifted up and down automatic independently. The upper and lower limits of fume cover are detected by the proximity sensor for safety design and easy operation. Not only the equipment is easy to clean, but also saves lots of time and manpower.

Product Safety Mechanism
There is a frying oil pressure detecting switch in the heat transfer oil heating fryer pipe of the TsungHsing Food Machinery. When the flow of the frying oil in the oil pipe is insufficient, the signal can be fed back to the control system. At this time, the heating system will not start, avoiding the danger of empty burning. The heat transfer oil heating fryer is provided with an expansion valve in the heat exchanger and boiler connection circuit, and the pressure in the pipeline is adjusted during the heating process to avoid the danger of excessive pressure inside the pipe when the oil temperature rises.
