Introduction

In the range of 200,000~2,000,000 kcal/hour, the heat energy be matched according to production needs. The heat transfer oil heating fryer is mainly composed of a heat transfer oil boiler, a heat exchanger and a fryer body, using a high temperature and low pressure method to heat, and the heat transfer oil is sent to the heating device through the circulation pump, and then the heat is supplied to the boiler to be heated. The fryer itself has a filtering system that filters out the residue from the frying oil during the frying process.

The combustion chamber of the heat transfer oil heating fryer has both vertical and horizontal designs, and diesel, natural gas, or gas can be used as heating fuel according to customer requirements to reduce fuel cost.
