The puff snack foods are mainly made of grains like corn and rice, processed instantly into shape to required sizes, then baked and added with flavor so as to be tasty snacks It is produced under an integrated production line that all materials are processed by machine for health and hygiene purpose. Besides, the production takes only 5-10 minutes to complete. (Capacity depends on its shape, flavor and taste.)

1. Noodle Processing : Raw material mixing , rolling , stamping , strip cut , piece cut.
2. Frying : 1st Fryer for cooking , the 2nd one for better crisp resuit.
3. Seasoning : 1st for flavor liquid spraying , the 2nd for flavor powder coating.

1. machines for this line are
   material mixer x 1 set + baking machine x 1 set + material feeder x 2 sets + center filler x 2 sets discharge conveyor x 1 set.
2. processing sequence:
   formulated material mixing → fed to baking machine heating tumbler → after baking, flexible cooked strip was fed to
   forming spindle → two sets of curving spindles were provided to form wafer stick → cut to desired length →
   chute fed to conveyor.
3. fuel: gas is provided as heating source to get high efficient job..
4. automatic ignition system with overload control to cut off power after alarm when something wrong for safety production.
5. automatic temperature control with insulation to use energy efficiently.
6. PLC is fitted to control processing sequences in correct order.
7. adjustment:
   tumbler and spindle speed are adjusted by inverter.
   wafer sheet thickness is adjusted by roller gap.
   wafer stick diameter is adjusted by changing forming spindle.
   wafer stick length is adjusted by knife position with photo sensor control.
